Ingredients

  • 200g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 200g udon noodles
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Directions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add garlic, bell pepper, and carrots. Sauté for 5 minutes until tender.
  4. Add the beef back to the pan along with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sriracha. Stir to combine.
  5. Add the cooked udon noodles and sesame oil, tossing everything together for 2-3 minutes until well combined and heated through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
