Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge chicken breasts in flour mixture.
- In another shallow dish, combine eggs and breadcrumbs.
- Dip chicken breasts in egg mixture, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken breasts to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Pour marinara sauce over chicken breasts.
