Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat the olive oil and butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the chicken bites, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until browned and cooked through (about 8-10 minutes). Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Let the sauce thicken, stirring occasionally.
- Return the chicken to the pan and stir to coat with the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors.
- Garnish with dried parsley and serve hot with your choice of side dish.
