These Apple Cinnamon Muffins are the perfect fall treat, filled with fresh apple chunks and warm cinnamon flavor.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Amount
Apples, peeled and chopped 1 cup
Flour 1 ½ cups
Sugar ½ cup
Egg 1 large
Baking powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Milk ½ cup
Butter ¼ cup, melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sugar, egg, melted butter, and milk.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  4. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Fold in the chopped apples.
  5. Spoon the batter into the muffin cups and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
